Your responsibilities

  • Work on contracts execution from the moment of contract signature up to the moment of contract settlement (responsibility for complete P2P (Procure to Pay) process for assigned product categories).
  • Preparation of drafts of agency, supply and sale contracts with CANPACK Group companies (including intercompany sale of aluminum ends); supervises contracts realization, including settlement of agency fees.
  • Monitor and agree with vendors precise delivery time, documentation and other requirements.
  • Arrange the deliveries of materials, machinery, equipment and tools to the plants of the CANPACK Group under the intercompany contracts.
  • Confirm the availability of materials to be shipped from plants’ warehouses.
  • Order transport at the CANPACK Logistics Office, control the time of deliveries, settle orders from the CANPACK Group plants, and handle the complaint process for sold materials.
  • Prepare, complete and verify the required shipping and commercial documentation as well as the documentation needed to obtain certificates of origin, sanitary and phytosanitary certificates in cooperation with Supplier and Logistics Department.
  • Make sure that the correct and timely flow of documents related to inter – company sales process is executed.
  • Obtain contractors' confirmations in the area of intra-community deliveries.
  • Complete and submit data for the calculation of selling prices.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver materials, machines, equipment, tools to subsidiaries in time and within approved budget.
  • Support Logistics Department in custom clearance process if needed.
  • Prepare shipping documents in cooperation with respective procurement team members and Logistics Department.
  • Work in SAP (contracts, orders, sales orders creation and modification, intercompany documents creation, reporting etc.).
  • Preparing analysis.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Complies with applicable legal regulations, including health and safety and fire protection regulations at work and with the Code of Ethics, standards, regulations, and ordinances in force in the CANPACK Group.
  • Complies with regulations, internal procedures and operation in accordance with the authorization granted in the field of personal data protection.
  • Replaces other team member during their absence.
  • Performs other tasks entrusted by superiors.
  • Detailed scope of duties and dates of their execution, as well as functional dependencies in the work process are settled by the direct Superior of the Employee. Employee agreed that Employer shall make these settlements, as well as to change them within the scope not exceeding the limits of work type specified by the Parties of this contract.

Our requirements

  • Master’s degree in business, logistics and/or economics
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Procurement area in multinational contexts
  • Very good level of English (B2 minimum)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work under the time pressure in changing environment
  • Strong attention to details, analytical mind-set
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can-do attitude and team player
  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage
