Your responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of supervisors and senior level buyers based on MBM culture

  • Attract, develop, and retain talent for the procurement organization

  • Regularly assess market conditions and industry trends

  • Provide strategic direction and create strategies for the Procurement team of the future

  • Drive automation and process improvements for the procurement capability

  • Collaborate with other KGS Procurement teams across the globe to help drive a consistent, global user experience

  • Build trusted relationships with business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient services

  • Mature and expand procurement capability in Europe

  • Educate and market procurement capability throughout the Koch companies

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years professional work experience or 10+ years in finance, IT, accounting or procurement role

  • 3+ years’ experience leading a team

  • Strong initiative and high sense of urgency

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage and influence multiple priorities across the team

  • Strong communications skills at all levels in the organization Financial acume


  • Procurement Experience 5+ years

  • Supervisor experience 5+ years

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance

  • ServiceNow and/or Coupa experience

  • IT knowledge and experience Project management skills

Build global relationships, understand the dynamic technology needs of the Koch businesses, and influence significant purchase decisions of IT services and products that will help launch Koch into the digital age.
