    Procurement Officer - Hungarian Market

    Location: Katowice

    Region: śląskie

    Job description:

    • Being the central point of contact to the assigned customer(s) based in Hungary
    • Sourcing and procurement of orders
    • Follow up of purchase orders
    • Operate in close collaboration with all the team members for optimum customer satisfaction and alignment with the agreed business processes and service levels.
    • Ensure the resolution and corrective action management of the supply chain issues and communicating the lessons learned during the QBR and Steering Committees.
    • Understand the local and central procurement strategies (based on availability, safety, environmental, quality and cost)
    • Understand the challenges of the customer’s end users by analyzing, observation and communication, resulting in advices to improve the procurement and communication process
    • Monitor and improve systems utilization and procedures (focus on automation)

    Other tasks as they arise from time to time


    • You hold a Bachelor/Master degree or are a student of last year of University;
    • You have at least 2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain or Customer Service environment;
    • You have strong administrative skills, exhibit a strong drive for results, sense of urgency and you are an excellent communicator;
    • You are service oriented and have a “can do” attitude;
    • You are fluent in Hungarian, English and Polish
    • Experience with customers based in Hungary would be an additional advantage
    • Graduates or last year students of Hungarian Philology are welcomed
