Your responsibilities
Manage end to end requisition management activities for various categories and multiple geographies
Checking contents of Requisition requests and validating against criteria including Risk due diligence, spend criteria and approvals.
Administer and provide Procurement Support Desk (PSD), 1st level support for the supported countries, business queries.
Administer the supported countries expiring contracts database, issuing notifications to business owners and assist the successful renewal or termination of expiring contracts
The role will work with a variety of stakeholders and business partners requiring proactive engagement and fostering of existing and new relationships.
Act as a buddy for new joiners/deliver trainings
Adhere to existing SOPs/DIMs
Our requirements
Knowledge of procurement principles is a must
Experience in Procurement (1-2 yrs)
Advance in the use of MS office tools skills including Word and Excel
Pro-active approach and ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to do Multi Task
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of English – minimum B2 level
Optional
Knowledge of other European language – nice to have
