Procurement Process and Systems Senior Manager

Job purpose:

At this position, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the purchase process in the organization by implementing and supervising the spending control process and systems. 

Your challenges:

  • Implementing and supervising procurement supporting tools in order to have a transparent and efficient procurement process
  • Ensuring all purchasing policies, instructions and procedures in conjunction with department leads and department specific requirements in all markets
  • Designing, implementing and managing suppliers’ database
  • Ensuring adequate documentation of the procurement processes
  • Securing process compliance
  • Setting the spending control process and defining necessary tools
  • Improving the terms of payments
  • Leading a team in a multinational environment

Your skills & experience:

  • University degree
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience
  • Proficiency in the purchasing process including sourcing process and P2P
  • Experience in using procurement supporting tools and systems
  • Experience in project management (especially in financial or supply chain systems implementation)
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-driven and pro-active attitude
