Your responsibilities

  • Processing routine Purchase Requisitions (reviewing PRs for compliance, releasing completed Purchase Orders for approval)

  • Comparing product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contacting vendors when there are discrepancies

  • Transmitting POs to suppliers and managing negative order confirmation

  • Managing goods/services claims

  • Maintaining strong working relationships with vendors

Our requirements

  • Fluent English (C1) and Hungarian (C1)

  • Readiness to start an international carrier

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Detail oriented and problem-solving attitude

  • Ability to manage time and prioritizes, work in a changing environment, work under pressure

  • We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.
