Procurement Project Manager

Location: Szczecin

In Corporate Procurement we are looking for a strong and dynamic Project Manager for a new role in our Performance Management team.

You will join 45 experienced colleagues in Corporate Procurement globally and will be responsible for procurement projects across several categories and procurement areas. You will work closely with category managers and stakeholders to execute procurement projects and strengthen our procurement processes. 

The position will be located in Stettin, Poland. Up to 15 travel days per year can be expected.
 

Your primary tasks

You will lead and participate in global, regional and local procurement projects as defined in close collaboration with management team, category managers and stakeholders. Projects may include process optimization projects, contracts managing and sourcing projects.
You will support category managers with tactical assignments and identifying opportunities for cost savings, by reviewing and analysing business processes.

Your qualifications and experience

  • Relevant bachelor degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience from a strategic procurement function
  • Solid project management experience
  • Sourcing, negotiation and contract management experience
  • Financial / analytic mindset
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills
  • Strong communication and partnering skills
  • Cross cultural experience from an international organisation
