Your responsibilities
Processing Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders
Proactively monitoring confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers; Proactively managing on time deliveries
Resolving issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices
Conducting negotiations with the suppliers
Closely collaborating with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Reporting your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Supporting our further development by identification and implementation of improvements
Supporting and promoting a culture where a high quality of work is the norm
Our requirements
Proficient in business English (B2/C1) and German (C1)
At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate environment, ideally in operational procurement/SCM area
Hands-on experience of working with SAP Ariba would a plus
Advanced Excel skills would be a plus
Excellent communication skills and team work spirit
Customer focus with proactive attitude
Negotiation skills will be an asset
