Your responsibilities

Purpose of the role

The main purpose of the role is reviewing and converting Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders, advising and sourcing suppliers, following up on delivery of goods and services.

Your job and key responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving all kinds of PRs

• Providing support in sourcing for all kind of requests for assigned categories

• Performing internal controls as per design

• Writing and updating Work Instructions and any knowledge management files

• Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders

• On-boarding new colleagues-Initiating improvements, participating and leading improvement projects

• Performing ad hoc activities

Our requirements

  • 1 -2 years of experience in Operational Procurement

  • Higher university degree

  • Procurement courses is an advantage

  • Continuous improvement practical experience

  • Solid knowledge of Operational Procurement processes and systems (knowledge of Ariba is an asset)

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferable SAP FI & MM modules is an asset

  • English- at least B2 level is a must

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Continuous Improvement mindset

  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems with minimal direction

  • Can-do attitude towards challenges and problems

  • Being able to work with tight deadlines and with switching priorities

  • Strong attention to details

  • Team player
