Currently we’re looking for talented individuals to join our Group Procurement team as:
Procurement Specialist
Project: Group Procurement
Workplace: Kraków (currently WFH)

Becoming a Procurement Specialist at Capita:

As a Procurement Specialist you will support the Group Procurement team in management, development and coordination of various procurement activities. You will use your analytical skills and attention to details to verify the documents and help the team look for savings.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reviewing the documentation provided to analyse requirements
  • Liaising with the requestors and suppliers to obtain further details when needed
  • Following up on requisitions
  • Responding to queries from the requestors
  • Participating in Purchasing card payment and E-auctions process
  • Ad hoc and periodic reporting

Skills you need to succeed:

  • Advanced level of English (C1 is desirable)
  • Strong communication skills both spoken and written
  • Ability to analyse data
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactiveness in relationships with stakeholders
  • Previous corporate experience considered an asset
  • Excel skills considered an asset
