Your responsibilities
Performing due diligence checks on suppliers prior to them being onboarded onto the system
Reviewing the documentation provided to analyse the risk involved for the business
Reviewing purchase requisitions on the system and identify areas where savings can be achieved
Actively following up on requisitions
Liaising with the requestors and suppliers to obtain statements where risk is identified
Maintaining the company’s supplier base
Supporting purchasing cards & eAuctions processes
Reviewing supplier onboarding requests on 3rd party system
Cooperating with Tail Spend Aggregator
Our requirements
Advanced level of English
Proactiveness in relationship with stakeholders
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to obtain information
Previous experience in international environment
Optional
Excel skills on intermediate level considered an asset
Experience in Procurement or Legal background would be an asset
