Your responsibilities
Compile and analyse data from multiple sources
Participating in vendor enablement process, engaging with suppliers & internal stakeholders to deliver the supplier roll out plan to the KONGSBERG S2P tool
Driving supplier experience and providing regular progress reporting KPI’s
Supporting the implementation of KONGSBERG Source to Pay tool and leading configuration activities in the assigned areas of the system
Mapping processes and creating relevant system and user documentation
Responsibility for executing purchases and E-sourcing activities in line with the relevant Category Strategy through application of the defined buying rules
Suppliers qualification and registration
Contract negotiations
Our requirements
Higher Education
Understanding of procurement, invoicing and supplier information management processes
Minimum 1 years experience in transactional Purchasing
Experience in working with Procure/Source to Pay solutions will be an advantage
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (comfortable using Excel and its multitude of functions)
Negotiation capabilities
Customer Service mindset
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
Excellent written and spoken English
Norwegian language will be an advantage
