    Job Description

    • Enforce Procurement Strategies according to the Category,
    • Ensure Purchases are selected correctly against the commodity codes,
    • Handle Tax/Shipping and other financial considerations per the correct PO processing/payment rules,
    • Ensure Purchases are policy compliant and documented for auditing (According to the Quotation Limit Requirements),
    • Achieve key performance metric goals against quality, productivity and customer satisfaction,
    • Acquire and maintain an understanding of existing solutions, operations, and business processes,
    • Monitor these solutions and contribute to the identification and implementation of optimizations,
    • Recommend changes to and ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures,
    • Responsible for supporting the tactical execution of short/long-term strategies as directed by management,
    • Participate in projects and other ad-hoc tasks as determined by management,
    • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure better understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) process and discuss enhancements


    Basic Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, International Commerce, or related field,
    • Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement is a plus, but we are also open to new grads without previous work experience,
    • Microsoft/Google competency level at least intermediate; advanced preferred,
    • Business English Language Proficiency - other languages, especially Hebrew, are an added advantage,
    • Candidate must also possess good communication and presentation skills,
    • Full-Time Permanent Position,
    • Cross Cultural Awareness and Communication skills,
    • Experience in Oracle modules an advantage
