Your tasks will include:

Your tasks will include:
- monitoring data integrity and database verification
- maintaining contact with French and English-speaking suppliers (e-mail, phone)
- preparing reports and templates, monitoring contracts, quality management
- vendor master data management (including taking part in a transition to a new procurement tool)
- supporting the AP and P2P team
Requirements
- fluent English and French (min B2+)
- min. 1 year of experience in customer service/order management/administration/supply chain/AP/master data
- preferred experience with procurement tools (e.g. LOTUS, COUPA)
- good Excel
- familiarity with procurement processes
