Your responsibilities
Initiating purchase orders (PO) in the system, according to the Purchase Requisitions (PR), confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring and track supplier performance to purchase order requirements
Tracking goods receipt (GR) to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing
Managing the day-to-day cooperation with international and local approved suppliers fulfilling the needs of both internal and external customers
Identifying new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team. Ensuring registration and qualification of suppliers in SAP ARIBA platform as defined in company procedures
Supporting strategic sourcing team by execution of strategies and by conducting tactical negotiations / running small RFQ(s)
Analyzing and evaluating spend, suppliers‘ bids and proposals in order to determine the optimal value for the company
Our requirements
1 year of experience in purchasing/ buyer related position
Hands- on experience working with SAP (purchasing module) and ARIBA
Experience working in international environment and virtual team would be a strong plus
Advanced Excel skills would be a plus
Proactive way of working / flexibility/ team work spirit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in German (C1) and business English (C1) required
