Your responsibilities

  • Providing ad-hoc and regular reports

  • Organize regular calls with the stakeholders

  • Participation in projects and other improvement initiatives

  • Maintenance and monitoring of documents and files in procurement or finance systems

  • Working in accordance with internal procedures

  • Conducting error analyses of own mistakes and proposing effective solutions in order to eliminate issues from daily operational work

  • Assisting in trainings New Hires according to onboarding plan defined by Team Leader or Senior employees

  • Intermediation between supplier and client as and when required

  • Answering general questions from clients with regard to processes from the assigned area of responsibility via email or any other channel (may seek support from more experienced team members)

  • Building strong and longterm relationships with customers and buyers by supporting daily inquiries and resolving emerging issues in time

  • Depending on your experience and skills, you can join the following teams/areas: Contract Management (system and contract monitoring and management), Catalogue Management (cooperation with different departments and suppliers) or Operational Support (administration of the company's shopping baskets in relation to the purchase of specific goods/categories)

Our requirements

  • Written and spoken command of English (in Contract Management and Catalogue Management B2/C1 is a must)

  • Written and spoken command of German (in Catalogue Management and Operational Support B2/C1 is a must)

  • Additional knowledge about procurement processes and tools would be an asset

  • Service and customer oriented

  • Solution-oriented

  • Strong co-operation skills

  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work

  • Analytical and conceptual mindset

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills)
