Your responsibilities

  • Perform the daily transactional activities, to meet the aligned SLA/KPIs/measurement

  • Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external customers/concerned groups, for the operational transparency on the transactional activities

  • Follow the up-to-date operational procedures, adherence to the standardized process landscape

  • Timely identify the potential issues and make the appropriate escalation

  • Participate in the implementation of quality / continuous improvement projects (Lean Event) and be active in driving daily huddle meetings

  • Support and initiate process improvement initiatives and related projects, be proactive and creative on contributing ideas for service improvement

  • Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities

  • Ensure all the up-to-date operational procedures are maintained, documented and executed, all the operations adherence to the standardized process landscape

  • Maintain positive work relationship with members of other teams in and outside of the SSC to whom information is provided or from whom information is gathered

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Interface with other SSC teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisor

Our requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or Economics Sciences

  • 2+ years of professional experience in the business areas

  • Proven knowledge in international shipping/forwarding/trade

  • Good knowledge of SAP

  • Excel, Word, Outlook – working competency

  • Project Management experience - will be an advantage

  • Ability to make autonomy decision, work under pressure, solve problems

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills: being communicative and team-oriented person

  • Strong motivation to work in a complex organization focused on result and achievement

  • Customer centricity to identifying and understanding customer needs

  • Language skills:

  • Good in written and spoken English (B2)

  • Good in written and spoken German (B2)
