    We are looking for a Product Care Specialist who will join our R&D Product Care team in Oława, Poland and who will be responsible for creating highest quality documentation in line with applicable Control Panel Graphic. What is more you will be following the design process to adapt the models as per the internal customer’s requests and be involved in Bill of Material creation for new projects and for Variants, as well as modification of Bill of Material.

    You will provide documents in due time, of the highest quality in line with Product Number Code (PNC) development plan – Bill of Material (BoM) & Control Panel Graphic.

    • Provide Control Panel Graphic documentation as part of BoM
    • Create complete and precise Bill of Material for new products
    • Modify existing Bill of Materials (Engineering Change process)
    • Create and deliver high quality documents in due time
    • Check and validate samples of Control Panel
    • Compliance to workflows and guidelines
    • Compliance to sector processes
    • Engagement in workflows assessment and improvements
    • Efficiency in the information flows to / from the interfaces (e.g. logistics, supply chain)
    • Update required databases 


    • Smooth and effective communicator. You will be interacting inside and outside of your team.
    • Structured and detail oriented approach. You definitely need to have an eye for detail and strong analytical skills
    • Team player. You are able to work in a cross-location matrix organization 
    • Proactive, self-motivated, result oriented, open-minded
    • Get things done. You are able to work towards deadlines 


    • Min. BA degree from a preferably Technical University, we are also open to non-technical educational backgrounds unless you meet the below requirements.
    • Ability to understand technical language, specifications, read technical drawings
    • Good skills or at least some practical exposure to graphic programs like: Adobe Illustrator, Freehand or Corel.
    • English – very good in reading and writing, communicative in speaking
    • Polish (native or proficiency level)
