Your responsibilities
You will manage the team responsible for building and developing the product catalog by proactively identifying and connecting external data sources (external product catalogs, web scraping)
You will take responsibility for the transformation of processes related to the creation of the product catalog - their automation and basing on advanced analytical methods
You will be responsible for enriching product data through the maximum use of external and internal data available on Allegro
You will collaborate with technology and analytical teams on defining business requirements for product catalog development
Our requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in managing an interdisciplinary team, perfectly organizes, prioritizes work and monitors the effectiveness of the team's work
Experience in working with large data sets, in particular product data, with the support of advanced analytical methods, e.g. machine learning
Proactively looking for ways to optimize and increase the efficiency of processes and team work
Excellent communication and inter-team collaboration skills
Efficiently copes with new situations, can adapt to changing internal and external conditions
Experience in the field of integration and enrichment of the catalog with data obtained from external sources is nice to have
