We Offer

We are currently looking for talented individual to join the Discretionary & Advisory Product Materials team, which is part of International Wealth Management business of Credit Suisse.

We work as team extension of a Switzerland based sector and are responsible for creating and maintaining basic product after sales and communication materials for Discretionary Mandates and Wealth Management Funds of Investment Management, Advisory business, AM Multi Asset Funds. This includes the production and maintenance of a broad range of multi-language/cross-country materials - planning, development, production (or updating), publication and distribution to Credit Suisse internal recipients.

You will be responsible for managing an extensive process portfolio in cooperation with Portfolio Managers, Design Services, Translations Services, Proofreading Services, Legal and Compliance office, Publishing Services and Print Services (both internally and externally).

In this position, you will be able to excel your process, project and partner management skills.

As a member of the team you will be:

  • Managing projects to create and/or improve product marketing materials or optimize processes
  • Responsible for process management including coordination of internal and external partners (e.g. layout, translation, proofreading, legal check, print)
  • Involved in ad hoc project support for Zurich team
  • Assisting, contributing and advising in creation of new product materials as well as efficiently maintaining the existing global franchise of all basic materials (incl. dedicated IT tools)
  • Keeping the highest standards of produced marketing materials
  • Maintaining of Intranet pages for the business
  • Creating and sending out of e-newsletters to internal recipients

You Offer

  • 2 years of professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment (especially Power Point, Word and Excel)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge and interest in financial markets & investment products- is a plus
  • Demonstrate focus on improvement and effectiveness also with new IT tools & processes
  • Demonstrate focus on high quality (corporate identity, data correctness, legal and compliance)
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ambitious, hardworking individual with good prioritization, coordination and self-organization skills
