Your responsibilities
Create clean, effective, UI/UX-driven web and mobile interfaces
Create, measure and improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative user feedback
Test existing hypotheses
Inspect the competitive landscape for inspiration and promote an effective and distinctive user experience for our products
Create user journey maps, flows, and wireframes which are simple and elegant in nature
Develop product prototypes that effectively demonstrate the intended user experience and key interactions
Foster closer and effective collaboration with front-end developers, creating user interfaces based on design systems and aligning with ISO-9241, ISO-13407 as well as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Use design and engineering tools (Figma, Axure, MIRO)
Identify future opportunities, working as a thought partner to the product
Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with company leadership
Our requirements
Customer-centric thinking
Knowledge and interest in product strategy and vision
Fluency in modern design tools and processes with skills in facilitation, research, interaction design, and visual design
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Great coordination skills
At least 3 years experience at UX
Ability to achieve results through influence and persuasion
English level at least B2

We are looking for a Product Designer who will help define the XTM products’ user experience through user research and a solid understanding of the business strategy and goals. You will be expected to collaborate very closely with Product and Development, as well to drive the UI/UX team forward, soliciting and giving feedback to continuously raise our quality standards.
