How do we work?
We strongly believe that design is a team sport. The greatest solutions come to life when you take a group of people with different skill sets and backgrounds, and you let their ideas clash. That is why we always approach design challenges as a group. The concept of designers working in silos trying to live up to the standard of Design Unicorn is a thing of the past.
What does it mean to be a part of Product Design Team?
You’ll be part of a core team who will do all the research, initial design, and production-ready assets. You’ll help decide what the products and services will look and behave like. You’ll support STX Next projects with your expertise in Graphic Design and to provide new businesses (mostly start-ups) with idea refinement services and demo presentation materials. You’ll learn and build your skillset on the one hand and share and teach others on the other.
The Product Design team is expanding and we are looking to hire a thoughtful, empathetic, and eager to learn UI Designer to join and support our efforts.
The Product Design Team has two main responsibilities: to support STX Next projects with their expertise in Product Strategy, UX Design, Graphic Design and to provide new businesses (mostly SMEs) with idea refinement services and demo presentation materials.

Your responsibilities
Work alongside UX Designers, Product Owners and Developers for our clients’ projects
Create user interfaces that are both great looking and usable
Maintaining high visual quality of deliverables from Product Design Team
Work together with the team to create initial Product Design recommendations for clients
Our requirements
You have at least 2 years of experience in UI Design (preferably interactive agency or software house) - Regular
You have good command of English and Polish
Experience working with Figma (is a plus if you also know Sketch or Adobe XD)
Great portfolio of digital work (UI, Webdesign, Branding, Illustrations)
Good understanding of HTML/CSS/JS (you won’t be coding, but you have to understand technology possibilities and limitations)
You are curious, open-minded and enjoy working with people
You provide clear deliverables and timelines
You are critical of your own ideas and ready to adapt your designs to meet any new requirements
Optional
Experience in creating Branding Materials
Experience in creating prototypes and animations for micro-interactions
Experience in designing with UI frameworks (Material Design, Bootstrap)
