Product Development Electronics Engineer

Support in product development of turbocharger electronic control devices
Coordination of product design and its functionality
Definition of project requirements and specifications
Definition of test procedures, supporting component and system validation
Alignment with customers, suppliers and BorgWarner facilities on product requirements and specifications
Supporting all relevant departments like testing, purchasing, sales, production and quality
Production line and prototype shop support during product lifetime
Responsibility for project documentation
Participation or leading role in problem solving teams

At least Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent
Experience in the automotive industry or with engine components will be an advantage
Knowledge of hardware and software development for electronic devices will be an advantage
Knowledge of communication protocols used in automotive industry will be an advantage
Fluency in English and Polish is required
Product knowledge with focus on combustion engines and turbo machines
Willing to travel internationally
Eligible to work in Poland
Team-oriented with good organizational skills
