About the project
X-Twin is a software framework designed to revolutionize the way we think and interact around digital versions of physical assets. Only by connecting a multitude of competences and domains could one attain the fleeting vision of creating a Digital Twin for a particular asset or site. This is the start of a journey to provide the best possible user experience for Digital Twins, reused in a variety of products and use cases, centralized around the physical assets that they are designed to support.
We are looking for an R&D leader willing to develop in an international environment who will lead and empower a group of ~20 software engineers in Poland and Sweden working together on X-Twin solution. In this role, you will report to Wojciech Zając, Enterprise Software Site Leader in Krakow.
Your responsibilities
Ensure end-to-end, on-time delivery of high-quality software solution within a specified scope
Build and lead development teams (~20 people in Poland and Sweden)
Drive collaboration culture in the international environment
Cooperate with Product Management and R&D Management in order to meet customer and market expectations
Lead employees by strengthening their skills and helping overcoming daily obstacles
Drive process changes in the organization towards increased quality and efficient execution
Our requirements
Deep understanding and 5+ years of experience in Software Development and at least 2 years of experience in leading development teams
Understanding of all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle: Requirements Engineering; Development; Verification and Validation; Configuration Management in Agile environment
Energetic and enthusiastic, passionate and creative thinker, able to translate to pragmatic solutions
Excellent leadership skills
Fluent spoken and written English
