Product Implementation: Accountable for the full development life cycle from scope to implementation and transition to operations support of multiple and concurrent product development projects. Works with internal & external stakeholders, such Product Management, Business Process Improvement, Service Delivery, Billing, and Operations, to define the scope of the project, and gain agreement on schedule, impacts, and requirements. Manages complete project deliveries and communicates key milestones to the business at various levels. Drives problem solving to resolution and success.
Global Product Development support: Accountability for collating and capturing EMEA product requirements in any Global development scope. Act as the EMEA representation for the global developments, removing any blocks to ensure a successful launch globally. Feed back to the EMEA business on project status. Build close relationships with Product Development counterparts in North America.
Project Management: Lead day-to-day project delivery activities including milestone management, issue and risk management, change control management, and contingency planning. Reports project status on a regular basis to stakeholders at various levels. Manages and organises all projects through to launch, including UAT and training for internal teams, such as Service Delivery in support of the product launches and process improvements.
Product Management interlock: Support for capturing accurate business information in product business cases; detailing scope, resourcing information, costs and scheduling details. Contributes to new product development definitions by giving consultancy to Product Management teams, drawing on knowledge of product process efficiencies and business standards.
Product Process efficiency improvements: Identify improvements processes of existing products to ensure they are fit for sale. Work with Product Management teams across regions to identify Get Well plans and programmes. Proactively contacts affected departments to discuss product improvements, looking at the end-to-end product processes and systems, collating requirements and driving change. Represents EMEA for global enhancements to processes and systems.

Intermediate understanding of company financial measures and financial modelling as well as the telecommunications and/or video transport industry.
Intermediate knowledge and usage of computer business applications such as Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project.
Intermediate understanding of telecommunications products and network capabilities.
Intermediate understanding of product development life cycle, systems development, and project management methodology.
Exposure to lean management methodology

As part of the EMEA Product Development and Process team, the primary responsibility is to develop new and existing products to a high standard and fit for sale & delivery in a very competitive market. The role will involve working closely with many other key stakeholder groups within the business, including Product Management, Marketing, Business Operations, IT and the Business Process Improvements teams, across EMEA and North America.
