Creating and developing strategy for Mechanical Category (Decorative Painting, Metal parts, Plastics parts)
Searching for new purchase sources.
Creating RFQs. Reviewing and analysis of suppliers’ offers.
Price and contract conditions negotiations, re-negotiations of current commercial conditions.
Maintaining a good relationship with suppliers.
Monitoring and controlling suppliers’ contracts.
Creating and monitoring of purchase orders from order to delivery.
Participation in quality policy of company – participation in audits, suppliers’ evaluation, supply quality improvement.
Analyzing of purchasing spend and savings data.
Cooperation with other departments.
Fluent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience in handling international negotiations with suppliers
Fluent English (written and oral) is a must
Ability to work with large amount of data
Reliability and regularity

How the recruitment process looks like?
Our recruitment process has 2 steps:
Step 1 – CV selection. Make sure your CV is correct, up to date and includes every important detail.
Step 2 – On-line or F2F recruitment interview with recruitment specialist or manager/supervisor of given department.
Tips for you:
• We wish to get to know you, that’s why the interview will take between 60 to 90 minutes,
• Be prepared for technical question in open form of test,
• Be ready for couple of question in English,
