Your responsibilities
- Lead projects with a full stack team of developers in an Agile environment
- Prepare documentations and detailed tasks for the tech team
- Gather requirements and develop project scopes and objectives
- Support the planning of team tasks and solving product problems
- Measure project performance
- Assess, manage, and minimize project risks
- Conduct refinements, plannings, retrospective meetings with the tech team
- Collaborate with other teams for bringing value to all our products
Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical project/ product management (technical experience/background is a must)
- Good knowledge of English: B2 or highe
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
- Preferred strong working knowledge one of the following - Jira/Trello/ Asana
- Ability to lead in a matrix environment, work with multiple teams and foster a creative and collaborative environment
- Ability to set priorities and communicate them across the organisation
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
- Experience in roadmap management
- Highly developed problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
