Your responsibilities

  • Lead projects with a full stack team of developers in an Agile environment

  • Prepare documentations and detailed tasks for the tech team

  • Gather requirements and develop project scopes and objectives

  • Support the planning of team tasks and solving product problems

  • Measure project performance

  • Assess, manage, and minimize project risks

  • Conduct refinements, plannings, retrospective meetings with the tech team

  • Collaborate with other teams for bringing value to all our products

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project/ product management (technical experience/background is a must)

  • Good knowledge of English: B2 or highe

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;

  • Preferred strong working knowledge one of the following - Jira/Trello/ Asana

  • Ability to lead in a matrix environment, work with multiple teams and foster a creative and collaborative environment

  • Ability to set priorities and communicate them across the organisation

  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn

  • Experience in roadmap management

  • Highly developed problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
