Your responsibilities
Lead projects with a full stack team of developers in an Agile environment
Prepare documentations and detailed tasks for the tech team
Gather requirements and develop project scopes and objectives
Support the planning of team tasks and solving product problems
Measure project performance
Assess, manage, and minimize project risks
Conduct refinements, plannings, retrospective meetings with the tech team
Collaborate with other teams for bringing value to all our products
Our requirements
3+ years of experience in technical project/ product management (technical experience/background is a must)
Good knowledge of English: B2 or highe
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
Preferred strong working knowledge one of the following - Jira/Trello/ Asana
Ability to lead in a matrix environment, work with multiple teams and foster a creative and collaborative environment
Ability to set priorities and communicate them across the organisation
Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
Experience in roadmap management
Highly developed problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
