About the project
As a Product Manager at Booksy, you will join Lite Mobile Team responsible for:
● Booksy Android & iOS mobile applications development and improvement for business providers that are the Core of Booksy
● Providing the product adapted for new markets and business categories
● Taking care of Booksy products quality
● App releases preparation
● Providing the best experience both for businesses and end-users which brings over 9 million bookings per month worldwide
Your responsibilities
Lead projects with a full stack team of developers in an Agile environment
Gather requirements and develop project scopes and objectives (involving all relevant stakeholders)
Prepare specifications and detailed tasks for developers
Support the team in achieving set goals
Support in planning team tasks and solving product problems
Measure project performance
Assess, manage, and minimize project risks
Collaborate with other teams for bringing value to all Booksy products
Our requirements
3+ years experience in IT Project or Product management, preferably in the product company or digital services industry (experience with mobile app projects is an additional plus)
Developer/QA/Analyst/Technical Project Manager background is a must-have
Experience in executing a product vision
Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
Highly developed problem-solving and ownership skills
Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing (min. B2)
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Background in working in an international environment is a huge advantage
