Your responsibilities

  • Serve as the ultimate owner for product launch timelines and ensure product launches are successful as per business goals. Manage product development timelines, budgets, tasks, risks, and risk mitigation actions. Maintain a company-wide schedule for all tasks that are necessary to develop and launch a product.

  • Ensure all departments and stakeholders are aware of their tasks and timelines. Partner with multiple leaders and departments to drive schedule accountability and ensure product development/launches are delivered as per business goals.

  • Proactively highlight risks and works across the organization to drive risk mitigation actions.

  • Develop, maintain and own product strategy and roadmap. This requires deep understanding of the customer requirements and determining the value proposition.

  • Partner with Architecture&Engineerig, Pre-Construction, Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Development, Research&Development and Software Development to ensure their execution milestones will deliver product launches as per business timelines.

  • Responsible for scoping potential projects & prioritizing based on effort vs. impact.

  • Driving cost reduction through standardization. Partner with Finance to measure product financial performance (costs, revenue, ROI, etc.). Drive efforts to reduce product costs across each department and increase ROI.

  • Effective communication across a wide variety of disciplines and experience levels, both written and verbal

Our requirements

  • Excellent written English and oral communication skills.

  • Open mind and “can do” attitude.

  • Engineer’s degree

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record in project management

  • Excellent knowledge of PMP/PMI methodology

  • Proficiency in MS Project. Knowledge of other tools for waterfall and agile project management


  • Experience in setting up Project Management Office.

  • Understanding of prefabrication of structures and construction process in general

  • Experience in design and detailing of steel structures and knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD.

About the project

Innovative technology, design, engineering, and structural system manufacturer – Prescient Co. is looking for a motivated individual to work with unique integrated design and construction platform as a Product Manager.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, leading, and integrating the efforts of various departments to develop, evaluate, improve and maintain products of the company. You will gather requirements, proactively monitor the progress of work on products in each department of the company, create project documentation, identify the conditions of profitability, and monitor it, look for areas for products improvements. You will be capable of managing multiple and large complex projects in cross organizational areas for products like for example steel stairs, high seismic steel building superstructure, building sheeting.
