Your responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, evaluation, and decisions to ensure successful completion of the product strategy through the product lifecycle.
- Own product roadmap by managing existing goals and identifying new opportunities based on customer feedback /technology trends, market demand, and availability of resources.
- Develop and maintain product backlog and prioritizations.
- Work closely and in collaboration with Engineering to create features to enhance our product.
- Prioritize user stories and feature requirements and clarify specifications for the Engineering team.
- Lead cross-functional product releases and sprints including master schedule, internal and external documentation, demos and training, and approvals.
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide source data to promote product value and differentiation with analysts, press, customers, and partners.
- Collaborate with UI / UX team on usability studies to create the best-in-class product user-experience.
- Define and specify market requirements for current and future products and features by conducting market research and analyzing user metrics supported by consultations with customers and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Our requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- BS in Computer Science or in a related field. Masters in a related field highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of product management experience involving development, management, and supporting cloud platforms /solutions.
- Working technical knowledge of SaaS and databases.
- Knowledge of web technologies (i.e. HTML, CSS, Javascript) highly preferred.
- Prior experience with UI / UX desired.
- Prior hands-on experience with most aspects of the product lifecycle management methodologies from concept to launch.
- Background in data analysis and web analytics. Experience with A/B testing desired.

You have strong technical skills and a deep understanding of customer experiences to appropriately analyze complex problems and deliver clean but innovative solutions.
