Your responsibilities
Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives and addressing the needs of the target markets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, such as Data Science & BI, End Markets and Revenue Growth Management CoE, to ensure seamless product development.
Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize key features and functionalities for the product.
Product Planning: Define product requirements, create detailed product specifications, and collaborate with the engineering team to develop accurate estimates and timelines for product delivery.
Agile Project Management: Implement agile methodologies and best practices to manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while accommodating changing business needs.
User Experience: Oversee the design and development of user-centric products, ensuring that the user experience is intuitive, engaging, and consistent across all touchpoints.
Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and validate the impact of new features and enhancements.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and key decisions to both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparency and building trust.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to develop testing strategies and ensure that the final product meets or exceeds quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation, maintaining the product's relevancy and driving long-term success.
Our requirements
Educational qualifications: Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science/ Statistics / Economics / Analytics.
Minimum of 6 years of working experience in Product Management / Dashboarding / Data Visualization / Advanced Analytics / Modelling / delivery, out of which minimum of 3 years in domain relevant to Revenue Growth Management.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, as well as a solid understanding of advanced analytics and decision science techniques.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the Assortment domain.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects using agile methodologies and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and influence key decision-makers.
Customer-centric Mindset: A strong focus on understanding customer needs and incorporating customer feedback into product development processes.
Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex data sets, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to inform product strategy and development.
Adaptability: A willingness to embrace change, learn from feedback, and iterate on products to continuously improve and meet evolving market needs.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships across diverse teams and departments.

By fostering cross-functional collaboration, championing customer-centricity, and leveraging data-driven insights, this role aims to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive long-term value creation.
