About the project

DAZN is a world-changing sports broadcaster bringing thousands of sporting events into millions of households across the world, delivering live sport direct to consumers through 100s of devices in over 200 countries.

Now we are ready to take the next steps on that journey and for this, we’re looking to expand our Product Team across all departments and all locations: Poland, Amsterdam, and London.

As a PM you will contribute to the definition and continuous development of a specific product, and collaborate with teams across product, design, operations, finance, marketing, commercial, and the executive team to define and deliver a product roadmap. You will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused , and team-oriented with an ability to work independently. Your proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Your Team

As our new Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to join one of the following teams: Mobile (iOS / Android), Web, TV Platforms (Apple TV / Fire TV/ Roku), or Advertising. The global Product Team consists of over 80 people with various backgrounds. It's a big and international team, distributed in 3 locations in Europe, with lots of room for career progression. Currently, in Poland, we have 3 Product Managers and 1 Head of Product.

This role can be based in Katowice, or you can work remotely from anywhere in Poland.

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to collaborate on the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and supporting metrics required to develop product requirements and deliver a best-in-class customer experience

  • Collaborate with a number of internal teams - Engineering, UX, Design, Marketing, Sales

  • Develop detailed product requirements for new and existing features

  • Become a domain expert in your chosen product area

  • Constantly evaluate products through both quantitative and qualitative measurement

  • Effectively balance customer, partner, and company interests and long-term goals

  • Maintain knowledge of cutting-edge customer experience and technology trends

Our requirements

  • Experience in Product Management - ideally in high availability, customer-driven domain

  • Strong requirement composition skills, with experience of Gherkin, writing BDD User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in an Agile environment.

  • Solid agile product ownership skills - prioritisation, goal setting, guiding engineers with trade-offs, and representing the customer in technical discussions

  • Quality delivery: strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask in delivering work to high quality

  • Excellent program organisation, product management, and coordination skills


  • Strong command of agile methodologies e.g. Scrum, Kanban

  • Work experience in broadcast media, TV platforms, Mobile Apps, Programmatic Advertising, and/or video app development
