    Product Marketing Specialist

    PayU is looking for a product marketing specialist to join the PayU EMEA Credit Team. EMEA Credit Team is responsible for expansion credit product across EMEA markets, in particular building strong distribution network for buy-now-pay-later product in Poland.  The ideal candidate will have product and C2C digital marketing experience and will have strong understanding of using marketing strategies to educate, influence, and convert consumer behavior when it comes to online shopping and payment method preferences. Key challenge for the new role will be also to work with PayU product owners on PayU EMEA markets to identify and extend all touchpoints with the consumers to collect marketing consents to be further used for extending credit offer to the consumers by up-selling/x-selling activities based on partnerships with various lenders.  


    • Create and manage value proposition for the consumers related to PayU Credit products (scoring, data sharing capabilities, etc.)
    • Identify and extend touchpoints with the consumers paying on-line by extending PayU database of consumers with marketing communication opt-ins
    • Capture and leverage consumer’s opt-ins to run X-sell and up-sell campaigns with credit products
    • B2C content management, design and production in cooperation with sales, marketing and product teams
    • Campaign design and execution – the communication will include channels such as email, social media, web, etc.
    • Create and maintain PayU Credit website aimed to promote actively PayU credit products with merchant logos, promotions and content that would influence more transactions
    • Propose new strategies to engage online shoppers with PayU Credit products: awareness and conversion focus
    • Cooperate with marketing team to manage SEO and Google AdWords campaigns to improve traffic to PayU Credit site
    • Work with the team to improve user experience across channels
    • Analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations to marketing and product teams
    • Use existing transnational data to improve segmentation and better understand PayU Credit consumer journey


    • 3-5 years in a B2C product marketing role, preferably in ecommerce/fintech company
    • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills
    • A self-starter and problem solver with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency
    • You love marketing technologies and always want to learn more
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
    • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
    • Thorough understanding of marketing elements
    • Excellent time management skills, will need to juggle many projects and requests
    • Fully proficient in English

    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE          

    • Experience with Google Analytics
    • Familiar with marketing automation tools
    • Experience working with Microsoft Excel a plus
    • Demonstrable experience in reporting and marketing data analytics
    • Experience in working in Scrum
    • Has developed and executed multi-channel B2C marketing plans based on marketing data
