Your responsibilities
Working in an international agile team for workplace and collaboration products
Act as product owner for SaaS solution miro.com – Digital Whiteboard within an engaged product team
Regular collaboration with key account, product owners and customer success managers at Miro to bring in daily experience of large-scale enterprise customers to develop the product even further
Establish and drive an engaged user group, regular exchange and close cooperation with users
Develop product roadmap within BSH
Structure, establish and continuously improve service and support processes
Ensure testing, feedback, implementation and training of new features on an enterprise level
Our requirements
Knowledge of SaaS product management in an enterprise environment
Knowledge of product ownership
Knowledge of ITIL processes or similar service processes
Knowledge of agile work processes (Kanban, Scrum)
Optional: Experience in working in a scaled agile environment (SaFe)
(Very) good English in spoken and written form
Independent and autonomous work
Assertiveness and flexibility
