Product Owner of  TV Value Proposition & Content Promotion
Workplace: Warsaw

We’re looking for a Product Owner of  TV Value Proposition & Content Promotion . The right candidate brings deep domain expertise, a clear point of view on the direction of the industry and changing content value chain.

Drive content & partner strategy for growth

  • Develop content (TV and Video) strategy for TMPL
  • Identify new partners that differentiate and drive growth through our content portfolio
  • Lead all aspects of content licensing negotiations, including content selection, financial analysis, forecasting, and technical requirements
  • Define future content portfolio including (co-) exclusive licensing
  • Interface with existing and prospective content partners and DTAG internal partnership teams
  • Track and evaluate all contracts and commercial performance with content partners (including sports)
  • Increase operational efficiency and support operational and programming measures, introduce new tools to measure growth and optimize licensing
  • Conduct TV portfolio research and analysis (content / channel line-up) and develop recommendations to optimize content portfolio (cost / audience reach and flow / packaging)

Key skills & qualifications

  • 5 plus years of relevant experience in content in TV and Video
  • A track record of excellence in a similar role or on the way towards a leadership position
  • Ability to create, understand, and justify financial business cases using well understood market-based metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work successfully with international teams across the organization, Product, Marketing, Legal and Executive Leadership
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action
  • Highly organized with a bias towards results
  • Excellent influencing skills and proven collaborator and negotiator
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions for content acquisitions and partnerships
  • Prior studio, agency or broadcast operator experience is a plus
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point)
  • Very good English - B2 or higher
