Your responsibilities
To be responsible for product oriented service lifecycle management for Hardware/Software/Infrastructure products
To act as interface between Product Owner/Vendor and PRS to enable Fujitsu Service Organizations (Service Delivery, Service Partner Mgmt., 2nd/3rd Level, Training-Center, etc.) on implementation of competitive service products
To plan and develop service products within the framework of the Service portfolio
To define with the product portfolio management the service strategy and service products, including service products cost structure and life cycle management
To be responsible for the provision of product data for offering, service delivery and end of life management
To coordinate and maintain the provision of service master data
To maintain Service Databases
To define Spare parts information and to ensure it is being maintained properly by Spares Logistics and Order Management
To provide / maintain service documentation and service parameters (e.g. costs)
To interface with Vendors on Service related topics (e.g. agreeing, implementing, maintaining of reinsurance requirements which might also require consolidation of customer data)
Implement efficient Service Concept
Serviceability Checks
Define and ensure Spare Parts on product launch
Built up and maintain Service relevant Master data
Coordination of delivery implementation
Ensure that any possible Reinsurance requirements are met
Track Quality Data
Responsible for Field Change Order process
Our requirements
Several years of relevant professional experience in IT industry
Excellent knowledge of English language in written and verbal communication; German would be also beneficial
Good Knowledge in Data management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Business-oriented attitude to achieve agreed targets
Ability to work independently as well as in the team
Project/Product Management Skills would be an asset
