Your responsibilities

  • Build on your knowledge of Roche medical diagnostics instruments

  • Support Roche RCSC engineers to identify and troubleshoot instrument failures remotely as a key point of contact for laboratories and research centers (i.e. Roche customers)

  • Attend rotation training at a fellow RCSC for two weeks to diversify your exposure

  • Assist the senior specialists with training activities at the customer support center or laboratories

Our requirements

  • You are a student or graduate in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry or similar fields.

  • You have excellent communication skills and good command of Polish and English (minimum B1 level). Knowledge of Latvian, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Russian, Czech or Slovak would be an advantage.

  • You have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • You are passionate about helping people and motivated to learn in a fast-paced team-based environment.

  • You possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • You are ready to step out of your comfort zone and gain international experience with Roche.

The EMEA Regional Customer Support Centre (RCSC) is a critical, regional team of Roche Diagnostics that focuses on providing application, technical, IT and scientific support for the entire range of Roche systems, Centralized Solutions, Point of Care, Molecular / Life Sciences and Tissue Diagnostics products.

We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our team in Warsaw and assist senior specialists with complex issues related to Roche medical instruments.
