The team you'll be part of
Nokia are looking for exceptional candidates to join its RAN Product Line Management graduate scheme, starting in October 2022. The intent to develop these candidates into tomorrow’s business leaders.
RAN Product Line Management (PLM) is part of the Mobile Networks (MN) division of Nokia. MN is responsible for all aspects of mobile access networks covering a wide range of hardware, software, network management, site solutions and microwave backhaul. It covers product management, business management, sales and marketing disciplines and is responsible for ensuring that we have the right RAN capabilities being made available at the right time which are brought to market in a way that the sales teams can sell them effectively and our customers can take advantage of them to drive their business.
We are looking for individuals who not only have the technical knowledge around mobile access networks, but also have the interpersonal and communications skills to bring that knowledge to bear in a fast moving and complex market, recognising that success is not only a matter of technology. As part of the programme, the graduates will cycle through different roles over a two-year period to gain a wide knowledge of the product environment in a way that develops both their technical and non-technical skills. At the end of the two-year period they will move into an ongoing role.
