Production Area Director

So what is needed? 

• managing production team including production employees, leaders and engineers (600+ employees) 
• supervision over management of the machine park 
• coordinating production workflow, schedule and quality standards 
• supervision over the correct settlement of production raw materials and finished products 
• maintaining all production related documentation for future reference purposes 
• supervision of the use and maintenance of machine performance + compliance of the adopted technology with production processes 
• developing process improvements to optimize production speed and quality 
• ensuring that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications 
• creation and responsibility for the budget 
• determining the staffing needs 
• being a leader who build the commitment of the team and ensure proper communication and substantive team support 

Who would be capable to deal with the challenge? 

• highly experienced production leader from a TIER-1 automotive manufacturing company (with minimum 5 years ‘experience in the industry on managerial position) 
• master’s degree graduate within technical field 
• well-organized, flexible, initiative and proactive leader whose strongest assets are analytical thinking and methodical approach to work 
• successful team manager with easiness to communicate with others, also in English 
• decision-maker able to work under pressure and stress 
• problem-solver who reinforce high standards 
• person with project management skills
• the one with very good knowledge of Automotive Quality Standards such as IATF 16949, VDA + very good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; VDA, TPM, ERP, MS Office.
