Your responsibilities
Oversee and improve daily production operations in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost, compliance, and administration.
Leads, develops, and sustains a dedicated, capable, and engaged team through development and strict adherence to our core values.
Responsible for the overall production, leading teams in achieving production schedules, creating and supervising the implementation of production plans, operating solutions to optimize production processes.
Coordinate the planning process and ensure effective use of resources.
Leads organization in attaining and monitoring key metrics including productivity, shipping performance, quality, production efficiency and waste control.
Establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and process that support production schedules.
Development of Lean Manufacturing tools at the plant.
Ensuring that production processes are carried out according to customer requirements.
Participation in the preparation and implementation of strategic decisions concerning the functioning of the organization.
Coordinate the planning process and ensure effective use of resources.
Developing and improving employees' competences.
Optimizing processes and implementing production improvement tools.
Participation in investment processes concerning the purchase of new equipment and expansion.
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning company policies with health and safety regulations.
Develops a culture of continuous improvement, waste elimination, and Lean leadership.
Our requirements
Higher education degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business-related field.
At least 5 years as a director of production.
A thorough knowledge of product costing, budget planning, make/buy analysis.
Strong engineering, financial and business acumen.
Must have previous experience using MRP systems and be knowledgeable in routings and BOM applications.
Proficient utilization of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Autonomous leader able to develop and execute an organizational plan.
