Your responsibilities
Your role: Supervising the operation of the production plant and establishing and achieving production assumptions in order to generate sales and margins according to the assumed budget.
Managing production and production support teams (Technology, Maintenance, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse), in particular resource management in a way that guarantees the implementation of production in accordance with the demand
Implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes
Supervision over production efficiency, implementation of optimization, product quality, planning and delivery in accordance with the deadlines set in the orders, monitoring of threats and risks
Initiating, participating in and supervising projects that optimize production processes and products, including investment projects related to the production area
Planning and budgeting of resources, accounting and analysis of production and remuneration of subordinate employees
Responsibility for liquidity in the production process (raw materials, work in progress, finished products)
Undertaking activities related to increasing the quality of products and quality awareness among employees
Managing the work of subordinate employees, including maintaining good relations and motivating the subordinate team
Motivating employees to continuous improvement (product, process, organization, security)
Supervision over the process of employing and training employees
Responsibility for raising awareness in the field of health and safety
Our requirements
Higher technical education
A minimum of 5 years of experience in working in production, including 3 years as a Production Manager or in another higher production position
Knowledge of process management (Lean, Kaizen) proven by success
High level of professional ethics
Knowledge of financial management and cost control
Team and project management skills,
Good command of the English language, min. B2
Experience in working in an ERP environment
Good knowledge of technical drawing
Organizational skills,
Availability
Good knowledge of MS Office, Office 365
An active driving license of category B
