Your responsibilities
We are looking for a production director to support the plant manager in performance improvement projects targeted to improve the operational excellence.
Our client is active in an automotive environment with more than 1,000 employees on site.
Our requirements
devisable achievements in performance improvement of the production workflow
automotive experience from car interiors, car electronics
solid knowledge of the lean methodology
good leadership and communication skills
experience in change management and restructuring is welcomed
Polish language is a must, English is welcomed
What we offer
