    Team / Division Description

     You participate in the planning and preparation of new projects for machining & assemble process 

    Your Responsibilities

     Process planning for new parts (cost, timing and resources planning)
    -Implementation of new parts for production based on prepared plan
    -Technical documentation preparation – tools and process drawings
    -Preparation of production trials, leading the trials
    -Analyze trials results, development of countermeasures, results report to supervisor
    -Achieve requirements for parts implementation for production
    -Follow-up production results of implemented parts, react for problems
    -Improvement of production condition
    -Cooperate with related departments (quality, production) and Head Office in Japan

    Your profile
    Your Profile

    University Degree, in engineering with ideally some level of experience within a manufacturing environment (max. 18 months)
    Analytical skills and mindset with a highly developed ability to draw conclusions based on facts and target objectives
    Strong interpersonal communication skills, which make you move at ease within an international production environment
    Pragmatic problem solver, able to cope with hard deadlines
    Dynamic team player, able to operate in an environment with strong consensus-building mindset
    Rigorous and persevering
    Computer literate (MS Excel, AutoCAD, Creo would be a strong asset)
    Fluent in Polish, advanced in English, Japanese would be a strong asset
    Willing to travel, enthusiastic to participate in training in Japan ( min. 1 year ) after completion of the Graduate Program
    Flexible in terms of working hours in order to meet our high standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction 
    Willing to take up the challenge to work in other locations/ or foreign countries in projects taking 1-3 years ( location: Belgium, UK, Poland-Jelcz Laskowice) after completion of the Graduate Program
