your tasks

• responsibility for machining technology function, tooling function, manufacturing engineers and welding engineer function
• manage, motivate and lead a team of local technology specialist  
• select and implement manufacturing technology in order to produce in a most productive and costs efficient way
• define, control and report on main KPI’s 
• define and manage subordinate operating budget and responsibility for operating costs incurred 
• establish, maintain and sustain technology processes in production on the shopfloor and in supporting systems (ERP, CAD/CAM, master data, etc.) 
• continue to develop professional expertise and proficiencies in order to apply best in class manufacturing processes and technologies. Support future
  investments from technology perspective 
• ensure policies, procedures, activities, etc. are compliant with company rules, local laws, regulations and ordinances 
• ensure compliance with HSE regulations 
• identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner
