To make / have production plans suitable for the short, medium and long term production targets of Polimed, and to ensure their implementation.
To ensure that the documentation, technology and production process in the production area of the Quality Management System are carried out.
Determining the right strategies for production
To make production development studies and managing the production activities of Polimed’ products.
To make plans for the products to be produced in the production lines or to have them made.
To ensure that the necessary documentation structure is created in the production line within the scope of the Quality Management System.
Ensuring that the manufactured products are produced in accordance with the existing quality standards.
To establish, correct and improve the management, administration and organization of the units and personnel affiliated to it in order to realize the planned productions.
To present work orders to the personnel in line with the production plans made and to start the production.
To carry out the necessary monitoring and inspections in order to realize the production in full and on time with maximum efficiency and minimum waste, according to the prepared program; to detect deviations from the program and to take corrective measures.
To take necessary precautions regarding order, cleaning, workplace and work safety in production areas, to improve existing measures and to ensure that the personnel comply with these rules completely.
Ensuring that machines, power lines and production equipment are organized in a way that ensures continuous operation.
To determine the necessary machinery, devices and spare parts equipment for production.
To increase the production quality and technology and to increase the productivity.
To provide maintenance, repair and improvement of machinery, tools and equipment in production and affiliated maintenance directorates.
To determine the measuring instruments and their periods to be calibrated and to act with the Management Representative during the calibration process.
Determining personnel qualifications in recruitment for production personnel and deciding on the selection of personnel to be recruited with the CEO.
Fulfilling the responsibilities described in the Emergency Team, Design and Development Team, Risk Analysis Team and Clinical Evaluation Team and Returned Product Evaluation departments.
bachelor’s degree or Associate degree
experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
experience in R&D project is welcome
