Your responsibilities
Production planning and monitoring of production schedule
Prioritizing production to deliver on time Customer Orders
Creating production schedules based on the ERP system
Confirming orders delivery dates, based on the agreed performance of production lines
Monitoring parameters of the ERP system and improve its functionality
Process development and optimization to secure best practice across functional areas and plants
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree within logistics/supply chain management
Excellent skills within communication, organizing, analyzing and negotiating
A proactive and innovative mindset as well as a personal drive
A structured and persistent way of working and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Respect for- and understanding of the business' needs
Fluency in English both orally and written
Good IT skills in MS Office (Excel), experience with SAP R3 and Business Intelligence is an advantage

Supplier Quality Engineer position supporting the CMO (Contract Manufactured Operations) organization in Poland (Grodzisk Mazowiecki). Daily job is working with global finished product suppliers and Danfoss customers to assure and improve quality. Using your technical expertise and problem-solving experience, you will support existing products and will help sustain high quality in the products. As Supplier Quality Engineer you will derive from your wide experience and extensive knowledge to lead the supplier quality processes like evaluation or development within international environment. You will point out the most suitable solutions, provide the best process standards and make sure quality is never compromised.
