Production Planning AnalystNumer ref.: 134914
The production planner has a key role. Based on the demand, he is responsible to guarantee that all necessary materials and production capacity will be available to serve our customers on time and at the lowest cost. He / She is also responsible to daily schedule internal production and external supply taking into con-sideration all constraints: customer service improvement, inventory reduction, cost reduction.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and release production orders
  • Follow execution of the production plan and take corrective actions in case of deviation
  • Analyze demand versus capacity for the assigned product lines and propose load levelling when necessary
  • Confirm delivery date to customers, considering capacity and availability of material
  • Cooperation with customer service team in relation to assigned product groups
  • Release purchase orders to external vendors
  • Follow delivery plan from vendors and take corrective actions in case of deviation
  • Responsible to implement the corrective actions needed to achieve given targets
  • Collaborate with Sales on the activities related to reduction of slow moving inventory (SMI)
  • Responsibility for performance monitoring and alerting (KPI)
  • Drive continuous improvement on the key processes he / she is responsible for
  • Close cooperation with Production / Warehouse / Logistics leads on site
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • Min 2 year experience in a similar position in manufacturing environment
  • Industry background
  • Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems
  • Good understanding of all operations related with business processes and their interaction
  • Independent but team worker, good communication skills, customer oriented
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills under time pressure, highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Fluent Polish and advanced English (verbally and in writing)
  • Efficiency in use of PC / Windows Office apps
