Your responsibilities
As a production engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for introducing, maintaining, and continuously optimizing production processes.
You will support operators to work out the right parameter settings for an exciting variety of processes, from ointment melting to high-speed wound dressing production
You will prepare our machines and processes for qualification, including creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation and risk assessments.
You will be the link between R&D, Group Technology Services and production in projects and changes.
You will analyze deviations in the manufacturing process, define appropriate measures and implement them with an interdisciplinary team.
Based on your deep understanding of our processes you will provide support to the operators by technical instructions and trainings
Our requirements
Readiness to relocate or to commute on daily basis to Libidza near Częstochowa where plant is located
Successfully completed master's degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering or appropriate technical vocational training with relevant work experience
Structured way of working and applying common methods like FMEA, DoE and SPC
Experience in optimization of processes in the field of medical device or any GMP environment is a plus
Strong teamwork and communication skills at various levels, from shopfloor to middle management, enable you to lead projects in operations.
Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English language
