    Production Support Analyst

    We are upgrading our technology to spot and analyse financial crime, and creating an integrated system that keeps criminals out of banking.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Provide Production Services Support for a wide range of New to Bank Customer Onboarding initiatives and maintaining our in-house and vendor based application solutions. 
    • Ability to analyse and support electronic information and risk from various platforms is essential. 
    • The electronic platform architecture consists of multiple internal and some external applications designed to facilitate the successful onboarding of our customers.


    • Owenership and Communication of issues.
    • Customer Service focused mentality.
    • Experience working in a busy Production Support environment.
    • Working knowledge of Java
    • Able to navigate in UNIX / Windows proficently, reading and understanding the UNIX file system.
    • Able write/manipulate in SQL (preferably Oracle DB).
    • A good understanding ITIL practices.
    • Able to troubleshoot problems in multiple environments.
    • Ability to accurately document and share information with global peer group.
    • Strong technical and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and work towards tight deadlines. 
    • Able to handle a fast paced environment.
    • Experience of monitoring software and maintaining\improving system alerting.
    • A good understanding of Retail Banking and IT systems within retail branches
    • Unix/Windows/SQL
    • Seting up and monitoring Batches
    • STP solutions
